This is the LMBW version of Ft13th5:ANB.

Marro arrives at a secluded halfway house for troubled teens in the middle of the woods of northern California, called LMBW Halfway House. The house is owned by Drew and a supervisor, BCGirl, who shows Marro to his room. There he meets a young boy named Spy, who lives at the house since his uncle, Rio, works as a cook at the halfway house. Also at the halfway house, are the sex-crazed lovers Niko and Kat, ill-tempered Goth chick Abby, redhead Samed , shy, DC, an overweight teenager named Ire - who is found by everyone else to be quite annoying - and a guy named Rys, who has severe anger problems.

Later that day, while Rys is chopping wood with an axe, Ire begins to aggravate Rys to the point where Rys begins to hack Ire with the axe, killing him. The police arrest Rys and one of the paramedics, Edward, jokes about Ire's death, but another paramedic, Omega, is obviously saddened by the death. While the paramedics clean up the mess and the police question witnesses, two hicks that live near the halfway house, Aravis and her son Loney, arrive and warn Drew that they will get the halfway house shut down if the teenagers don't quit sneaking onto the Aravis' property.

That night, two local punks LFY and his pal Klint are driving down a remote road when their car stalls. LFY tries to fix the car while Klint heads into the surrounding woods to do his business. LFY is murdered shortly afterwards by an unseen assailant, who shoves a lit road flare into LFY's mouth. Klint returns to find the car working, and while sitting in the driver's seat, the killer lunges from the backseat and slashes Klint's throat. The next morning, Marro sees a hallucination of Jason in his bedroom and gets into a fight with Kat at breakfast, who uses one of Marro's masks to scare everyone.

The following night, a worker at the halfway house, BM, awaits outside of a local diner in his car for his girlfriend Chips, who works at the diner. While waiting, the killer murders BM by swinging an axe into his head. Chips comes outside and she is attacked and killed with an axe to the chest.

The next day, Niko and Kat sneak off into the woods to have sex and Kat leaves to wash off in the creek. While Niko lies nude in a clearing, she is suddenly murdered when the killer plunges a pair of hedge clippers into her eyes. Kat returns to find his lover dead, and backs into a tree, horrified, and is also killed when someone wraps a leather strap around his head and crushes his skull against the tree by tightening the strap.

That evening, Marro, BCGirl and Spy go to a local trailer park to visit Spy's older brother Oreh and his girlfriend Arya. While there, Marro gets into another fight, this time with Aravis' son Loney who taunts him on his motorcycle and speeds away. Marro then runs away into the woods, forcing BCGirl and Spy to leave. BCgirl leaves Spy at the halfway house, with Samed, Abby and DC, and then goes to search for Marro, after discovering Drew and Rio have gone missing.

Loney races back to Aravis' house to tell her what Marro did and is murdered by the killer who decapitates him. The killer then kills Aravis while she is cooking stew, and swings a meat cleaver through the kitchen window and into her skull. Back at the halfway house, Samed tries to talk to Abby but is thwarted by the killer, who kills him with a meat cleaver. The killer then murders DC while he lies on the top bunk of his bed, by shoving a machete through the mattress and into his body. Abby is murdered next by a machete to the stomach.

Spy wakes up and finds the bodies of DC, Abby and Samed. BCGirl arrives and also sees the bodies. BCGirl and Spy try to flee the house, but encounter the killer, who reveals himself to be a large man in a hockey mask, apparently Jason Voorhees, risen from the dead. BCGirl and Spy flee the halfway house and run through the woods. They come upon an ambulance only to find Edward's corpse inside. Jason appears and gives chase, and BCGirl and Spy become separated. BCGirl runs back to the halfway house, finding Drew and Rio's bodies in the process, both have been killed by Jason.

Jason chases BCGirl all the way to the barn, but Spy saves her by ramming Jason with a bulldozer. BCGirl and Spy seek refuge inside the barn, and BCGirl fends Jason off with a chainsaw, and then escapes to the loft with Spy. Jason begins to follow, but Marro suddenly appears and distracts Jason. Marro, who falls into a trance, finally coming face-to-face with the masked killer who has haunted him for the past four years. Jason injures Marro with his machete, but Marro stabs Jason in the leg with a switchblade and escapes to the loft with BCGirl and Spy, but passes out due to his injuries. Jason climbs up to the loft and after a brief altercation, Spy manages to knock Jason off of the loft.

But Jason is still hanging on to the side of the loft. He grabs Spy by the leg and begins to climb back up, but Marro musters up enough strength to grab Jason's discarded machete and slash his hand. This causes Jason to let go and plummet down to the ground, landing on a bed of spikes, impaling and killing him. BCGirl, Spy and Marro all look over the edge of the barn loft, to see that Jason's mask has fallen off, revealing the killer to be not Jason, but the paramedic Omega.

At the hospital, an officer explains to BCGirl that Ire, the boy who was killed with an axe by Rys, was Omega's son, thus tirggering Omega's seek for revenge. Spy checks on Marro, who appears to be asleep, but suddenly pops up, withdrawing a boning knife, and stabs Spy in the stomach, killing him. BCGirl walks into the room and is shocked.
