The Villain Con Leader is the posthumous antagonist of the 20th Century Fox's 2011 animated film, Dr. Z. He is the ruthless leader of a group of villains that went to the con in Orlando, called Villain Con.
Personality[]
The Villain Con Leader is outright despicable, self-serving and violent as, unlike his coworker, Poppypants, he does not care about anyone else. Furthermore, unlike most villains, he is a normal human being who killed many people instead of merely attempting to. This makes him the only truly evil villain of the film because of his lack of redeeming traits and how he used Z's trust against them all so he could steal several diamonds from the museum.
