The mv is about sonik, and the gorillaz chillin' in a car, while the Piccadilly circus roads are neon lines. Weird things happen outside the car, and Murdoc is Dialing a number on his cell-phone while smoking (which explains the dial sounds in the song)
during del's last rap verse, It turns fully CGI and rainbow-Bricks can be seen, after that, a rainbowAesthetic-like road lining can be seen while the band drives off.
