The panther badger (Mellivora panthera) is a species of mustelid that originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii and introduced to the modern grasslands and forests across Asia, Africa, Europe, South America and North America, except for Australia and Antarctica. They are the largest species of badger that lived, about the size of a cougar due to its built like a feline. They are solitary hunters, but they only come together for mating or a mother is raising her young. The females are extremely protective of their young. They are opportunistic predators, feeding mainly on deer of various species, wild pigs, horses, tapirs, camels, antelopes, etc. They are known to be extremely aggressive towards other predators for prey and territory. The conservation status of the panther badger is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts and the panther badger's range.
