The Kemeti Pantheon is the polytheistic group of deities worshiped in Kemet.
Many of the deities were originally local gods worshiped in independent communities before the first unified Kemeti Kingdom, though most were believed to have some connection to one another. When the First Kingdom came to be following the Wars of Misaphris the Great, each deity was pulled together into a set that became the full pantheon. Many other deities were "discovered" and added to the pantheon in later times. The first High Priest of the Pantheon was Imhotep, who later became the pharaoh known to history as Imhotep the Pious. He was later deified as a member of the pantheon as a healer god.
All members of the Pantheon have their own dedicated temples and shrines, and several of them, scattered across Kemet, but the pantheon is governed as a whole from the Grand Temple in Zerzura.
