Anakin Edward Arthur Scott is the twin brother of Lucas Scott and the older half-brother of Nathan Scott.
Background
Anakin was born on May 20th 1988 to Karen Roe and Dan Scott. After Anakin's father Dan abandoned him and Lucas Anakin only had Karen, Lucas and Keith to support him throughout his life. Lucas introduced Anakin to Haley (Anakin's love interest) who becomes his best friend as well as his crush. Like Lucas Anakin shares an interest in basketball but also professional wrestling, boxing and mixed martial arts. He later befriends with Peyton in elementary school but her friend Brooke Davis did not like that so she kept them from talking but they would talk to each other behind Brooke's back. Later after starting freshman year Brooke forced Anakin into a relationship with her so that Haley could not take him as hers but at the start of the series when Anakin and Haley started junior year Anakin broke up with Brooke in favor of being with Haley and did eventually break Brooke's arm via the kimura lock in the first episode and proceeded to set her up for F-5 (a move used by professional wrestler Brock Lesnar). Anakin is mostly a nice soul and fun to be around as stated by Haley. During episode 8 Anakin took a bullet for Haley during the shooting at the cafe and was sent to the hospital for the maximum of three days. In the middle of season one after school Anakin would head over to the gym and box much to Karen's dismay and tells him violence is not the answer to solving problems. Sometime later in the series Anakin suffers from a car accident in season four.

Friends
Anakin did not have many friends growing. His only friend was Haley James who is his love intreset. Eventually during elementary school Anakin befriends Peyton Sawyer much to the dismay of his fellow classmate Brooke Davis who later forces him into a relationship with her just to make sure Haley did not get him. At first Anakin never got along with Brooke but at the sparkle classic in season one he and Brooke became friends and Brooke had apologized for being so mean to him and Haley and promised those days were over. During high school Anakin was friends with Skills, Bevin, Mouth Jimmy and Rachel. After the death of both Keith and Jimmy Anakin was lost as he felt did not have those two in his life anymore. Anakin would remember the times he and Jimmy would have conversations after Anakin would beat Lucas or Nathan in basketball and working alongside Keith at his body shop.
Relationships
So far the only know relationship Anakin had was with Brooke Davis which carried out through high school but by the time Anakin started junior year he broke up with Brooke so he could be with Haley. Anakin got back at Brooke by breaking her arm with the kimura lock for humiliating Haley for the note she wrote to him. Anakin officially started dating Haley in episode two of season one where the two became inseparable. After Anakin was in the hospital from being hit with a bullet Haley stayed beside him the entire time. Anakin marries Haley during his high school graduation as a surprise for Lucas and Karen as well as Nathan who supported Anakin the most throughout.
Family
Anakin is close to his brothers Lucas and Nathan and even closer to his mother Karen. Anakin was really angry when his own father abandoned him and completely disowned Dan. He works with his uncle Keith and brother Lucas at Keith's body shop as well as Karen's Cafe with Karen and best friend and eventual girlfriend Haley. Anakin also later marries Haley at his high school graduation with the blessing of both Karen and Haley's parents.
