"Ethereal" was written by Carson, Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen, while production was handled by Hermansen and Eriksen under the alias of Stargate. "Confident" was written by Carson and Mike Sabath, and produced by Sabath with additional production from Benny Blanco.
