Elsa (エルサ, Elsa) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Switch. Similar to Rosalina & Luma, she is a Snow Queen from the Disney movie, Frozen. Elsa and Ralph are the last two characters to be confirmed in this game. Elsa is also one of the nineteen third-party characters to be introduced in the Super Smash Bros. era along with her fellow Disney representative, Ralph, Konami's Snake, Bandai Namco's Pac-Man, Goku and Naruto, Capcom's Mega Man and Ryu, Sega's Sonic, Bayonetta and AiAi, Square Enix's Cloud, Golgoth Studio's Justice, Clamp's Sakura, Activision's Crash, Team Shanghai Alice's Reimu, Rumiko Takahashi's Inuyasha, Nickelodeon's SpongeBob, and Bryan Lee O'Malley's Scott Pilgrim. Despite having a Japanese voice, Elsa is voiced by Takako Matsu (Japanese) and Idina Menzel (English).

Trophy Description

A Snow Queen who lives in Arendelle with her sister, Anna. Elsa has the magical ability to create and manipulate ice and snow. She inadvertently sends Arendelle into an eternal winter on the evening of her coronation. In Super Smash Bros., beware of her icy moves that make your body run super cold!
