At the beginning of the movie, Elmer was a little puppy, he lives in Mexico City surrounded by two Mexican firefighters named Bill and Henry. Bill said "We have our mission!" And then Henry said "Elmer, get them!" So, Puppy Elmer raced to the rescue to save the people. One of the mexican people exclaims loudly in spanish, a mexican long flappy eared cow mooed in a high pitch, a baby crying once, and Puppy Elmer still racing to the rescue to save the people. Bill said "Where are you going, Elmer!", and Henry said "Uhhhhhhhhhhh, Elmer, what are you doing?" And the chickens clucked in the distance as Puppy Elmer walked into an empty building. Then, Bill told the citizens of Mexico City about Puppy Elmer. And Henry said, "I thought I left the charging station in here, but it wasn't in there." Just then, they heard a tiny bark from the distance. Bill said, "Did you hear that?" Henry said, "Hear what?" Bill said, "That sounds like Elmer!" Henry said, "He sounds like he's ripping up some clothes!" Bill said, "Let's go see!" They go in and see Puppy Elmer, who was still ripping up some clothes the the room, barking frantically. Bill came in and said to Puppy Elmer, "Hi, Elmer! There you are, I was wondering where you were!"
