Dylan's Dream Home, also known as Dylan's Island Home or Dylan Home, is a home located on the northwestern area of the cloned Hațeg Island located off the coast of California, United States, being located almost 10 miles north of West Island (where Blake's Dream Home is located), and is owned by Dylan Bauman, aka Dylan613 on DeviantArt.
Hațeg Island[]
Geography[]
Hațeg Island's size is roughly 80,000 square kilometres (31,000 sq mi) or about the size of the island of Hispaniola. The original Hațeg Island was positioned just within the equatorial belt, at about 27°N latitude. Modern Hațeg Island is located at least 200 kilometres (120 mi) from the nearest land mass of mainland California of the United States. Hațeg Island is surrounded primarily by a deep marine basin, unlike some of the surrounding islands and land masses which are surrounded by shallow seas.
Climate and ecology[]
The climate of Hațeg Island is subtropical, with an average temperature of 20–25 °C (68–77 °F). The island experiences marked rainy and dry seasons, but despite this, the plant life on the island is mainly tropical in nature, thus creating "dry woodland" conditions. This seeming contradiction between the seasonally dry climate and tropical plant species can be explained by the fact that tropical plants can thrive in a seasonally monsoonal environment as long as they have access to sufficient amounts of water year-round, and the Hațeg environment is dominated by braided rivers and lakes. Fruiting plants and angiosperms on this island are a testament to this. Early rock layers were dominated by volcanic deposits before this island was replicated into the Cenozoic eastern Pacific, but these are completely absent in higher layers, indicating that volcanic activity had dissipated during the time of the island's replication into modern times.
Native fauna[]
At least nine species of dinosaurs and several species of pterosaur are thought to be indigenous to the island. The azhdarchid pterosaurs are rather common predators on this island. These insular reptiles differ from their long-extinct continental relatives due to island syndrome, which describes the differences in morphology, ecology and physiology seen in insular species compared to their continental relatives. Many of them exhibit island dwarfism, becoming much smaller than their mainland relatives. For example the titanosaur, Magyarosaurus dacus, has a body mass of only 900 kilograms (2,000 lbs) while the Mesozoic mainland titanosaurs like Patagotitan could reach 69 tonnes (76 tons). Conversely Hatzegopteryx exhibit island gigantism, becoming one of the largest pterosaurs ever to have lived. Similar to how bird species exhibit reduced wing size and reduced capacity for flight, Balaur bondoc has secondarily lost its capacity for flight. Balaur is a basal avialan based on recent phylogenetic analyses, however, it was originally proposed to be a member of the avialan sister taxon, Deinonychosauria, based on its limb morphology. Its forelimbs are shorter and stockier than those of Avialae and so visibly incapable of powered flight, which led to this originally incorrect placement within the phylogeny. Mammals are almost exclusively the endemic kogaionid multituberculates, an endemic group that evolved in the island's isolation and developed unique insectivorous habits, as well as a single eutherian species. A species of indeterminate dromaeosaurid have also been found on the island.

- Allodaposuchus precedens, an eusuchian
- Aprosuchus ghirai, a late surviving atoposaurid crocodyliform

Introduced fauna[]
To aid in some threatened and endangered species' further survival, due to these species not being anywhere in captivity on Earth, these species were cloned, and these clones were introduced into the island, with some of their non-invasive food sources also brought into the island without causing major disruptions to the native ecology of the island; vaquitas were cloned and brought to the coastal regions of the island, and thus have thrived unlike in their native range, with their population there numbering up to 1,500 individuals, compared with less than 10 individuals in their native range. However, there are few exceptional species, which were already formerly extinct, but had since been brought back and introduced to the island as backup populations, and they had consequently thrived.

Main House[]
The main house is a massive 12,000 square foot home complete with six bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. There is plenty of beautiful nature all around the house, including a vast subtropical forest, a 4-acre lake, a 5-foot waterfall, a gazebo, and a stone bridge. Inside the house, the beautiful wood details are seen throughout the kitchen, from the exposed beams in the ceiling to the cabinets and window frames. The house's inside is also inspired by nature, with beautiful hardwood floors and exposed brick in an eat-in kitchen. The house has infinite free Wi-Fi with excellent connection that does not require login or any password, and all of the would-be paid streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, etc) are available for free permanently, all of them with everything unlocked and with no ads (even YouTube has no ads in this home and the Underground Wonderland). The kitchen, brimming with cloned modern delicacies, comes free of charge, offering any cuisines, from fast food to gourmet dining, that generates instantly after ordering them; note that this feature is also available in the Underground Wonderland.
As means of the house's and Underground Wonderland's preservation and future survival, thus protecting it against flooding, fires, and more natural or artificial disasters, everything about both the house and the Underground Wonderland are made of completely resilient materials immune to fire, water, etc, thus preventing any inanimate objects from ever getting corrosion, rot, mold, short-circuiting, bent/dent, and so on. This ensures further enjoyment and comfort on everyone visiting or living in the house or the Underground Wonderland.
All over the main house and the Underground Wonderland, there are genetically engineered sheep-sized rodents, created to feed on unwanted trash, dust, dirt, mold, crumbs, etc without any ill effects, in addition to preying on insect pests, thus acting as environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional vacuum cleaners.
Underground Wonderland[]
Accessible by an elevator (or an automated stairway), the Underground Wonderland (the which consists of Dylan's Dream Home's Underground Wonderland and Blake's Dream Home's Underground Wonderland) is a massive underground and fully-indoors getaway, being larger than the entire New York City and with the height of over 500 feet (152.4 meters) tall (Blake's Underground Wonderland is the same size and is directly connected, and altogether, both Underground Wonderlands are more than twice as large as the entire New York City), being located directly beneath the main house. Like the main house, the Underground Wonderland has infinitely free Wi-Fi with excellent connection and without any need to login, and all otherwise-paid streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, etc) are permanently available for free, all of them with everything unlocked and with no ads (even YouTube has no ads in this home and the Underground Wonderland). Due to the sheer scale of the Underground Wonderland, there are automated trams, an also-automated monorail, a Disneyland PeopleMover replica, and a traditiomal railroad (although the latter two are more for entertainment purposes).
As the Underground Wonderland is massive, it is filled with many restaurants (with self-serving and automatically-created foods and drinks), restrooms, some workout stations, a 5,550 square foot movie theater with a stage, a spacious and nature-filled indoor swimming pool (complete with a jacuzzi, a splash zone, and a water park), a safe weather simulation room, animatronic stage shows, an indoor playground, The Boneyard replica (complete with film props, vehicles, and animatronics), a koi pond with a waterfall, theme park rides and attractions (including otherwise-defunct ones and clones of current ones), arcades and game rooms (complete with PCs and gaming consoles), a bounce house, free-to-use vending machines (including both traditional vending machines and unique ones), a 2006 America's Got Talent performance stage replica, haunted house attractions, a butterfly house, aquariums, a massive duck pond, a miniature zoo, and many more.
The radio station for Dylan's Underground Wonderland is 98.1 KUBA, and is played throughout all of Dylan's own Underground Wonderland, except the Butterfly House, the Duck Pond, and the Miniature Zoo (presumably to prevent the animals from getting stress), and has no commercials or global/national news. Although nearly all music from that station is played, the three songs, "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-a-Lot, "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor, and "Rock You like a Hurricane" by Scorpions, are completely omitted from all radios throughout Dylan's Underground Wonderland; this is presumably based on Dylan's preferences.

Haunted house attractions[]
All of the scareactors in every haunted house attraction in Dylan's Underground Wonderland are fully-interactive hologram-like projections, thus reducing the need for live people to scare guests, while also still being lifelike and real, in both sight and feeling (due to "feeling" technology to allow the hologram-like projections to induce the feeling of the monsters touching the guests while also not actually physically present), thus making them just as popular as traditional haunted house attractions.
