Dragon Ball Z vs. Street Fighter is a crossover 3D fighting video game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. This game is developed by Capcom and Bandai Namco Entertainment.

Gameplay

The gameplay style is similar to that of the Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi series. When the player attacks the opponent using either a strong or focus attack causes a "Phase Shift" between "Field" and "Duel" phases similar to that of Nintendo's Pokkén Tournament. The only reason for the Street Fighter characters and Mai from Dragon Ball Z is that they do not have the ability to fly, but they use invisible jetpacks to engage in battle. Dragon Ball Z vs. Street Fighter has a new feature called transforming. Ryu along with several Street Fighter characters can now have the ability to transform along with several Dragon Ball Z characters who can transform in the game. Non-playable characters Hokuto and King Kai run the game's tutorial and gameplay.
