Plutopia is a short starring Matthew Mouse and Dluto that was released on September 22, 1951.
Synopsis[]
Matthew's on vacation at Camp Utopia. At first, Dluto thinks it really is utopia: trees everywhere and a cat to chase. But the cabin rules are strict: no dogs indoors and dogs must be muzzled and leashed. Matthew puts Dluto out to sleep, just out of reach of his food and Jimmy comes down and taunts him. Dluto falls asleep and dreams of his "Dlutopia" with a subservient Jimmy begging Dluto to bite him and catering to his every need.

- Two transition levels based off this short were featured in 2010's Epic Matthew.
- Although the original theatrical poster and the existing Pentagon reissue copy used in circulation on Shires's home video releases of the cartoon was released as a Dluto cartoon, it was discovered that the original Republic titles found on a 16mm print sold on Ebay, that this cartoon was originally released as a Matthew Mouse cartoon.
