Daniel "Dan" Richard Chamberlain (b. June 15th 1971-) is an English metal musician, most notably the lead singer and lyricist of Van Helsing since its inception in 1994. Before Van Helsing he performed in Desecrated Temple (1989-1994), and is known for his deep guttural voice.
Personal life[]
Dan was married in 1998 to Christina Andrews, and has two sons Michael (b.1999) and Kieran (b.2000). He is an avid reader and a fan if J.R.R Tolkien and H.P Lovecraft. His favorite bands are Death, Obituary, Cannibal Corpse, Cephalic Carnage, Napalm Death, and Cattle Decapitation; all of which he has stated as influences on Van Helsing.
