Clarke Hoffman is a major antagonist in The Evil Rises. He is a corrupt Krimson City Detective who uses his authority as a detective to falsely accuse citizens of Krimson City of crimes they did not commit. He also grew a deep hatred against Jacob Santiago and decided frame him as a drug dealer, which made their relationship become completely hostile. During the events of The Evil Rises more of Hoffman's past and more of his darkside is revealed, as he is nothing more than a cold hearted man.
