Cinderella is the seventh episode of Splash and Bubbles Super Why!.

Premise

Dunk is having trouble fitting in at Maury's prince costume party. The Reeftown Rangers fly into the book Cinderella.

Transcript

Bubbles: Hi. I'm so glad you're here. It's me, Bubbles. Welcome to Reeftown, where all of our saltwater friends live.

Suddenly, her phone rang.

Bubbles: It looks like Dunk is upset. Let's go see what's wrong.

...

Bubbles: Hi, Dunk. What's wrong?

Dunk was going through his collection of treasures that had fallen from above the surface and that were scavenged by dragonet fish, which included several clothes.

Dunk: Ratfish, ratfish, ratfish! I need a prince crown, a prince robe, and a prince staff.

Bubbles: Why?

Dunk: I was invited to Maury's prince costume party. Everybody wears prince costumes scavenged by the dragonet fish like you who can go onto the land, but I don't have any.

Bubbles: This is a super big problem. And a super big problem needs us, the Reeftown Rangers. We need to call the rest of the Reeftown Rangers. Call them with me. Say "calling all Reeftown Rangers!" To the book club!

She calls the rest of them and swims to the book club.

Bubbles: Together, we will solve Dunk's problem.

They head inside the book club as Dunk swims up to the podium.

Bubbles: Okay, Dunk. State your problem.

Dunk: Maury invited me to his prince costume party, but I don't have anything to wear. I won't fit in. What should I do?

Bubbles: Good question. And when we have a question, we look...

All: In a book!

Splash: Which book should we look in?

Dunk swam up and pulled down the book Cinderella.

Bubbles: Let's read the title of this book. Cinderella. We know what we need to do. We need to jump into this book, and find the answer to Dunk's question. It's time to transform. Ready?

All: Ready!

Bubbles: Fins in. Put your fin in.

Everybody puts their fins/tail in.

Bubbles: Reeftown Rangers...

All: To the rescue!

The group transformed before flying inside the book.

...

Spikes: We're in the book Cinderella.

Dragonet: Let's read. A maid named Cinderella wanted to go to the ball. But she had no fancy clothes. She wouldn't fit in.

Spikes: That's just like me.

Dragonet: And that is why we are in this book. Both Cinderella and Dunk don't have any fancy things.

Spectral: To Cinderella!

Cinderella was sweeping the floor while her stepsisters were putting on ball gowns and getting ready.

Dragonet: Hi, Cinderella. We're the Reeftown Rangers and we want to help you.

Cinderella: I don't have any gowns or dresses to put on. Ugh!

Spikes: Cue the metal! Cue the sand art! It's Spikes to the rescue! With my magic spelling wand, I can spell a gown and make one appear.

He spelled "gown" and made a big white gown appear in place of Cinderella's rags.

But the ball was about to start and they were running out of time.

Spectral: Let's get to the ball!

All: To the ball!

Cinderella: But wait! I need a coach to carry me to the ball and all I have is my pet roach!

Spectral: Spectral Seahorse to the rescue! With my word basket, I can change this roach into something else. It's time to rhyme!

Spectral (Singing): Roach, loach, poach! Wonderrific, you're terrific! Encroach, coach, brooch! Now, let's try changing the word "roach" to "loach."

The roach turned into a flopping fish, not helping.

Spectral: That didn't help, did it? Then let's try coach.

She changed the word roach to coach. A coach appeared.

Cinderella: I'm all ready for the ball!

Dragonet: Let's go!

Prince: Cinderella, may you dance with me?

Cinderella: Sure.

The disco ball lit up as loud rock music played and Cinderella and the prince danced. Suddenly, the fairy godmother appeared.

Fairy godmother: One last thing! At midnight, everything will disappear!

The clock suddenly struck midnight and Cinderella's gown turned back to her ragged dress.

Cinderella: Oh no! I don't fit in anymore! I have to go!

Prince: But why?

Cinderella: Look at my story. The clock strikes twelve and Cinderella has to leave.

Prince: But I don't want you to leave!

Dragonet: Ninja Dragonet to the rescue! With the power to read, I can change this story and save the day!
