California was a U.S. state known for its overly obnoxious good weather and cheap snobs who lived there. It was eventually almost completely destroyed in 2051 when a massive 10.6 magnitude earthquake caused the state to collapse into the Pacific Ocean, where 90% of the state collapsed into the water, killing 40 of the 50 million who lived there. Eventually the state was removed from maps entirely because only 10% of the state remained, and was combined with the neighboring state of Nevada. Cheap fucks.
