That is my take on a cable network that is known for showing reality, fashion and makeover shows non-stop! And you guess it. It's Bravo.
List of changes[]
- The alternate universe might take place with a new Bravo executive who was hired on May 10, 2023. On June 23, 2023, the executive has a plan to make Bravo a general entertainment channel, and most of the reality shows and things that were shown on Bravo are moving to another channel and even had a plan to rebrand the network as well. On October 20, 2023, the channel officially got rebranded and became a premium entertainment network.
- This plan will replace the previous proposal. Which was to rebrand Universal Kids to an international equivalent to Universal Kids, DreamWorks Channel. While Universal Kids Preschool would've rebranded to DreamWorks Jr., and creating an adult-oriented nighttime block with just four different names for the viewers to vote, it can either be named "DreamWorks' Parental Block", "Parental Advisory", "Over the Moon", or "Parental Distancing", and this concept will pretty much be similar to Teletoon from the '90s, and Cartoon Network with Cartoonito and Adult Swim since 2021. But this idea was scrapped because the person that made this plan thought that parents may complain about the kids' network having an adult-oriented nighttime block and that the parents are going to be angry about Universal Kids' preschool block comes after the adult block ends. So, instead, the former planner instead became the new executive of Bravo.
- The channel would focus more on entertainment programs and less on reality shows.
- Mostly all of the reality shows that were shown on this channel like The Real Housewives and Million Dollar Listing are now being moved to either E! or Oxygen since two of those networks airs programs that are quite the same as when Bravo did focus on reality shows.
- Bravo will still air some reality shows, even if they are now premium networks, for example, Some of Gordon Ramsay-related content will be moved to Bravo, because of the closedown of Fox Broadcasting Company and Fox News Channel, and It's a Madness, which is a reality show with Ally Law, Usamalama, and the boys will also be aired on that channel, as well.
- There might be also some controversy about Bravo switching into a premium entertainment television network.
- Bravo would be the home to Universal's adult animations and the channel even founded their own animation company known as Bravo Animations Studios.
- Syfy's late-night block TZGZ might be either closed or will stay for a long time probably.
- Bravo's adult animated series Hypnotized would've been the answer to be one of the most hateful shows on the channel, because of the blood and extreme violence.
- Alien News Desk, Chuck, and TV Funhouse would be revived and get new seasons and episodes.
- Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back, Hell's Kitchen, and MasterChef are moving from FOX to Bravo, while Inside the Actors Studio are also moving from Ovation to Bravo.
- Bravo would've launched internationally and would've also relaunched in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
- The male-oriented channel Bravo UK would be revived as Sky Bravo, while the programming block, Arena8 would be launched on Sky Showcase.
- Even if those two channels were to return, Sky Bravo would've likely focused more on police-related documentaries, sci-fi, horror, and much edgier programs (after midnight). If any of the programs that are not edgy and violent will be immediately moved to Sky Showcase and Sky Max.
- Similar to the Arena brand in Australia, the British counterpart of the new Arena8 would be launched instead, to avoid confusion with a male-oriented channel.
- Now because Sky is Universal's answer to premium network in Europe, that would mean that the international counterpart of Bravo, could be an answer to entertainment network for an adult audiences to compete with Adult Swim and Paramount Network/Comedy Central
- Fox Arena would be rebranded to Fox Life, and moving the Arena brand to the Australian counterpart of the new Bravo.
- Hell's Kitchen, Masterchef, and Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell Back would still be aired on Seven.
- TBA
- The male-oriented channel Bravo UK would be revived as Sky Bravo, while the programming block, Arena8 would be launched on Sky Showcase.
- This channel wouldn't just only air mature-themed entertainment programs and theatrically released feature movies. Bravo would've also occasionally air performing arts, music videos, and independent movies.
- Q-Force would've to be aired on this channel for a limited time, due to some controversies about the show.
