Bearman (SciiFii)

The bearman (Ursasapien bipoda) is a species of bear that originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii. The bearmen of both genders look very similar, but with a few differences, the males have slightly darker brown fur than the females, and the males have an Adam's apple, similar to those found on male humans, giving them the masculine voices compared with the female bearmen's feminine voices. Unlike other bears, the bearmen have the ability to not only stand, but also walk and run upright on their back legs, due to the specialized ankles and hip bones similar to those of humans, giving them a humanoid appearance. The bearmen are average sized bear species, with males growing to be about 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall and weighing between 200-260 pounds on average, while the females usually grow to be about 5.2 feet (1.5 meters) tall and weigh around 180-240 pounds. The bearman is an omnivore that feeds on a wide range of edible food sources, including man-made food. The bearman is a social animal that has a similar lifestyle to human species, including Homo sapiens, being a sapient animal that has many different cultures, language (including English), science, etc, also similarly to humans. The conservation status of the bearman is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts, the bearman's wide range and its tolerance to many of the human activities, allowing it to be able to work and live with humans and other highly intelligent species.
