Batman: Nemesis is a fanfiction based on the DC Comics character Batman. It is a remake of the Peter Chimaera fanfiction Batman: Nemesis Fight.
Plot[]
Having been foiled by the Batman one too many times, the Joker decides to finally put an end to his mortal enemy. Harley protests this idea, but the Joker silences her by throwing her through a window to her death.
Meanwhile, Batman and Robin find themselves in the Gotham sewers searching for Killer Croc. Suddenly, he appears and attacks Robin and then Batman. Robin blinds him by throwing a batarang into his eye.
After leaving his uniform in the Batcave, Dick goes for a walk and ends up in the Red Light District. Suddenly, Killer Croc reappears and kills a prostitute. Dick jumps to the aid of another prostitute and breaks Croc's neck. He and the prostitute, Mindy, then spend the night together.
The next morning, Alfred tells Bruce that Dick never came home and shows him the morning's paper, which tells of Croc's demise. Bruce is distraced when the Joker appears and reveals that he planted a tracking device on the Batmobile. He tries to shoot Bruce with his 'BANG!' gung but Alfred jumps in the way and is killed. Bruce finally snaps and smashes a mug on the table, which he then uses to slash Joker's throat.
At Mindy's aprtment, Dick hears the news of the killings at Wayne Manor and rushes to the scene, where he gets into an argument but Bruce and leaves angrily.
Later that week, Dick, Mindy and Bruce attend Alfred's funeral. Also present is Selina Kyle. She goes home with Bruce and they sleep together. Bruce then reveals to her that he knows her real identity of the Catwoman and she attacks him. At the same time, Dick returns home after a fight with Mindy and jumps to Bruce's defense, causing Selina to fall from a window. Dick then quits and walks away into the night, leaving Bruce alone.
