Batman: Gotham Knight is a 2007 animated television series based upon the Batman comics and is loosely inspired by the 2005-2012 Christopher Nolan film series. It notably uses an anime design.
Plot
Shortly after Bruce Wayne becomes Batman, several new villains appear to make their mark on Gotham. These include the Joker, the Scarecrow, Man-Bat and Deashot amongst others. Batman must take on these new and mysterious threats with the assistance of his ever-faithful butler Alfred Pennyworth and Police Commissioner James Gordon.
