Captain Puma is an upcoming 2019 animated superhero webseries that will be streaming on Netflix. The series is directed by Kelly Asbury, along with the celebrity voices of Elle Fanning, Tom Holland, Sarah Hyland, Reese Witherspoon, and Kelsey Grammer.

- Elle Fanning as Pandora Puma / Captain Puma, an anthropomorphic puma from South America. She achieved the power of elasticity, after a lab accident. Pandora is also Baxter's best friend, love interest, and eventually future husband. She is 13-years-old from the beginning of the series.
- Tom Holland as Baxter Bat / Night Fang, an anthropomorphic long-eared bat and a freelance journalist. He is the only student who knows about Pandora's secret identity and superpower. He has the power to create absolute voids, after a lab accident which happened two years ago. Baxter is also Pandora's best friend and love interest.
- Sarah Hyland as Fancy Fox / Ruby Ray, an anthropomorphic fox exchange student. She is Fancy's arch-enemy, as well as being the head cheerleader in school. She is also a part-time supervillain called Ruby Ray, along with the power of pyrokinesis.
- Reese Witherspoon as Miss Phantom / Invisible Mouse, a head educator of Pinewood Institute and an anthropomorphic mouse. She mostly teaches Pandora and her classmates, but she can be sadistic sometimes. Miss Phantom goes under the supervillain ego called Invisible Mouse, along with the power of invisibility.
- Kelsey Grammer as Principal Smartclaws / Dashing Hound, the headmaster of Pinewood Institute and an anthropomorphic wolf. He has been working for the school for twenty-three years and is very stern about the children's education. He is also a night-time supervillain called The Dashing Hound, along with the power of super-speed.

- Joan Cusack as Clara Cougar, an anthropomorphic cougar and Pandora's first cousin. She is currently Pandora's guardian and works as a full-time nurse at the Pinewood Community Hospital.
- Evan Rachel Wood as Betty Bird / Wing Master, an anthropomorphic bluebird. She is sweet and nerdy, but is also Pandora's good friend and classmate. She is also a part-time superhero called Wing Master, along with the power of creating force fields.
- Yara Shahidi as Penelope Polar Bear, the most popular girl in Pinewood Institute.
- Cameron Monaghan as Timmy Tortoise, an anthropomorphic tortoise.
- Mackenzie Foy as Sally Sloth, an anthropomorphic sloth.
- Caleb McLaughlin as Herman Hamster, an anthropomorphic hamster.
- Sia as Bandetta Bear, an anthropomorphic bear and superstar loved by everybody. Originally born in Australia, she gained the power of emit highly enhanced scream of a high amplitude and perform magical feats by using music. She is the only one who knew about Pandora and Baxter's super identity.
