The Arcturus, or is known has the Arcturian stated by the Operator is a unknown alien species whose galaxy is over 5 billion light years away from the Milky Way.
History[]
The Arcturus is one of the Seven Mysterious of the cosmos, with only God, the Egyptians and the Dimensional Lords the only known beings who truly know them.
Birth/Creation[]
According to the Operator, Arcturus was born within the fabric of time within the time vortex when Aion and other Time Deities (Inclding the Operator created time, they were born has the minor personifications of time. However, the progenitor, the Operator is the most strongest Arcturian out of all the Arcturians, due to him being the one made them, and thus known as the Father-God of the Arcturians.

The only information the universe (and the multiverse/Omniverse) has on the Arcturus is the accounts of the only known Arcturus known has the Operator, said that the Arcturus was born from the very fabric of time, and the true ancestor to the Time Lords of Gallifrey, but even they have no information on them.
