Apari First Appeared In 1988 Were He Was First Found Trying To Attack A Group Of Teens Who Where Vandalizing A Light House, Later He Was Tranquilized And Brought To An Experimental Facility In Washington DC Where He Was Taught English And Many Other Human Things Like Math And History.
In 1990 He Had An Interview With A Counceler Where He Eventually Attacked The Counceler Giving Him Severe Damage To His Skull And Almost Mauled His Left Arm Off.
