The antelope horse (Antilequus california), also known as the long-tailed horse, is a species of horse that originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii and introduced throughout the western United States to help boost biodiversity. The antelope horse is a small horse, growing to be about the size of an average-sized sheep or goat. Just like several true antelopes, including springboks and gazelles, the antelope horses have the ability to hop in a similar manner and can run very quickly in order to escape from any possible danger, hence its name. The antelope horse is a herbivore that primarily feed on short grasses, long grasses, shrubs, and leaves, although it can also feed on fruits, nuts, and pinecones. It is a social herd-dwelling animal that lives in groups of up to around 50 at a time. The conservation status of the antelope horse is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts, the antelope horse's wide range, and its tolerance to most of human activities, including being able to adapt to life in the cities and suburbs.
