An American Holiday is an upcoming American found-footage live-action/animated drama comedy film produced by Warner Bros. Pictures Animation. Financed by McDonald's and Ronald McDonald Children's Charities, will be G rated and The film is scheduled to be released on November 20, 2026, by Warner Bros.

This is the fifth live-action/animated feature film produced by Warner Bros., after Space Jam (1996), Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003), Space Jam: A New Legey, and Tom and Jerry (both 2021). The movie was released in RealD 3D, Dolby Cinema, IMAX 3D, and IMAX. The film received generally positive reviews from critics, with many praising its screenplay, humor, soundtrack and animation, and earned $1.5 billion worldwide, making it one of the highest-grossing films of 2026.

The film will be a unique blend of live-action and traditional animation, featuring various animation characters from studios such as Disney, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Studios, Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks Animation, and more. It will combine computer graphics, Flash animation, traditional animation, and live-action, and will feature characters from almost all of the works produced by the studio, including 53 feature films, numerous short films, and 11 preschool series.

This will be the first feature film to crossover Disney and Warner Bros. characters. Principal photography for the film began in April 2024 in California and ended in December 2024. It was shot in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and at Pinewood Studios in London, England. Visual effects will be provided by Rodeo FX, Prime Focus, Rise FX, Moving Pictures Company (MPC), Weta Digital, and Rhythm and Hues Studios.

Plot

All the Cartoon/Animated Characters appearing at Farmer McJoe's Farm to spend time at Christmas holidays until Christmas. With decorating to do, three foot of snow outside, it makes for a whole load of fun.

Josh Cooley's directing the second live-action debut project and is the second Non-Pixar film.

For this film He have deliberately altered the ages of some of the characters, this so they interact together more freely. The ages are as follows.

Melody, and Jenny are all 8/9 years old

Chip is 9 going on 10

Marie, Berlioz, Toulose and Oliver are 2 years old

All the other character's ages are the same as in their films.

Oliver & Jenny from Oliver & Jenny franchise. Now distributed by Miramax due to 21st Century Fox has been acquired by Disney.

Pippi, Tommy, and Annika's design used EQG-Style, Making it rebooted from Sony Pictures Animation, as Pippi Longstocking.

Previously, Tara Strong voiced Twilight Sparkle in the MLP G4 series. She is now the voice of Applebloom in this film, while Alison Brie became the voice of Twilight Sparkle.
