AmazingTV is an american channel that launched on June 2nd, 2002 in the US, and May 15th, 2003 in the UK, it closed in the UK on January 30th, 2016 and was replaced by BBCYES, it features aimed for preschoolers, kids, preteens, and teenagers, it airs live action and animation, here are the programs, ratings, etc.

Censorship And Banned Episodes in Specials and Shows

  • AmazingTV cut out one scene in A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, which was the scene where the guests arrived, the cut lasted from 2003-2005, then it returned from 2006-present without any cuts.
  • Fantastic Gymnastics (an episode of LazyTown Extra) was trimmed to 11:55 because of a scene where Ziggy's underwear was showing, and AmazingTV thought it was not appropriate for a preschool cartoon. (the lost scene can be found here at 12:00:
  • Max's Bath (an episode of Max And Ruby was banned because of the bathroom humor (Search up Max's Bath and find out the ban).
  • Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town cut out some scenes because some scenes will frighting up younger children)


Healthy A' Thon was a LazyTown Extra marathon (lasting from March 15th - 16th 2009), this is the last LazyTown series to air on AmazingTV before airing back on December 19th, 2016, they cut out one scene in the episode Fantastic Gymnastics (see Censorship And Banned Episodes In Specials and Shows)

Wubbzy's Very Own Music Marathon was a marathon before the world premiere of Wubb Idol, it includes Meet The Wuzzles (Wubbzy), Rockin' Robbie (LazyTown, last LazyTown episode to air on AmazingTV before returning in 2016), and Band Geeks (Spongebob), followed by 2 episodes of The Muppets Show, the marathon premiered on May 1st, 2009.

Wubbzy And Linus In "HalloweenA'Thon" (And Lucy Too) was a marathon that premiered on October 30th, 2008, it stars Wubbzy and Linus (Linus is from Peanuts), the episodes that premiered during the marathon were Wubbzy (Ghost Of Wuzzleberg and March Of The Pumpkins), It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, Max and Ruby (Max's Halloween), LazyTown (Cry Dinosaur), Scaredy Pants (Spongebob), and Haunted (Teen Titans, that episode was rated PG).

Rudolph's 50th Christmas was a marathon that aired on December 6th, 2014, this included christmas specials, the christmas episodes of Spongebob, and Regular Show, and the movie Shrek, it included Rudolph at the end of the marathon.
