000: Mission Possible is an American action-comedy television series, being created by TBD. It is produced by Universal Cable Productions and it will premiere on USA Network on TBD 2020.

In a comedic parody of spy films, Agent 000 goes on adventures stopping ridiculous villains.

- Tina Moone (played by Kristen Wiig) - an agent who is 000's on and off lover.
- Ma (played by Jane Lynch) - the head of the American Anti-Espionage Agency who is regarded as the agent's mother figure.
- Mr. Smartypants (played by Jim Rash) - the genius but somehow insane tech developer of the A.A.E.A. who develops gadgets for the agents.
- Sara Terry (played by Linda Cardellini) - Ma's secretary who is bored with her job.
- Agent 234 (played by Ben Schwartz) - an extremely cowardly agent of the the A.A.E.A. who has a bond with 000.
- Agent 3 (played by Anna Brisbin) - an agent of the A.A.E.A. who acts like a teen girl.
- Todd Todd (played by Michael Chiklis) - a scientist and ally to the A.A.E.A.
- Carl Moldow (played by Clancy Brown) - the CEO of Muldow Enterprises and Kate's father.

- Henchman 1 and Henchman 2 (played by Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla, respectively) - two idiotic siblings who are henchmen to Disastrous.
- Aaron Ironthighs (played by Will Arnett) - a businessman who wants to steal of the iron in the world.
- Agent 911 (played by Bryan Dechart) - a rogue agent of the Agency who becomes a major terrorist. He's one of the few serious villains.
- Dr. Cryptid (played by Kate Micucci) - a mad scientist who believes that Cryptids are evolved humans.
- Collin Morrow (played by Mark Fischbach) - a man who believes that life is meaningless, but decides to end all humanity.
- Kate Moldow/The Big "Man" (played by Jaiden Dittfach and voiced by Mark Hamill under disguise) - the daughter of a mass CEO who is secretly a terrorist leader.
- Zeke "Knives" Jones (played by James Rallison) - a mad man who is Kate's enforcer. He is shown to have a collection of knives.
- Derf (voiced by Jennifer Hale) - an A.I. with an extremely high-pitched voice who wants to turn the world into its vision.

- Ma is based on M from James Bond.

- Dr. Disastrous is based on numerous James Bond villains and Dr. Evil from Austin Powers.
